What we collect and why
Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address. We use it solely to send you newsletters about Riksscena’s programme and activities. The legal basis for processing is your consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Section 15 of the Norwegian Marketing Control Act.
Visitor statistics: Riksscena compiles visitor statistics based on anonymised data obtained from the Ticketco ticketing system. The data is used exclusively in aggregated form to analyse audience development and report attendance figures, without individuals or personal data being identifiable.
Who we share your information with
Your email address is stored and processed by HubSpot, which is our data processor for newsletters. HubSpot processes the data on our behalf and according to our instructions, with data storage within the EU. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
How long we retain your information
Your email address is stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.
You also have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability.
